We’re looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our Go-to-Market team.

The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for developing and closing new Causecast business in enterprise accounts to drive growth and execute against Causecast’s business strategy.

This role requires an execution-oriented, innovative and strategic sales leader, who is passionate about delivering awesome end-to-end customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities for this Role

We’re looking for a relationship-oriented, experienced SaaS sales leader, who is confident at developing and executing on account plans to deliver maximum revenue potential.

Core Responsibilities
Own new client acquisition and drive the sales cycle from lead generation to close
Communicate the Causecast vision to prospects through product demonstrations, events and target-specific initiatives
Work hand-in-hand with prospects and customers to listen, respond, consult, and identify their optimal product and service experiences
Manage contract negotiations and final contract signatures
Complete and manage successful RFI/RFPs
Meet or exceed all annual sales quotas
Drive sales process improvement and make recommendations to ensure continuous optimization of our business development processes and sales cycles
Work closely with members of the Go-to-Market and Client Services teams to ensure successful implementations and irresistible end-to-end customer experiences

About You:
A minimum of 5 years of consultative B2B SaaS enterprise software sales experience
A history of selling licenses/subscriptions to large, complex organizations with demonstrated ownership of all aspects of territory management
Existing network of strong existing decision-maker relationships and skilled at negotiating business terms with line-of-business, senior management and/or C-level executives and ability to develop senior-level relationships
Exhibit superior listening skills, hyper focused on identifying client pain points, business challenges, and desired future state
History of consistent quota over-achievement in highly competitive markets
Ability to work in a rapidly expanding and changing environment
HR, employee engagement, and corporate social responsibility either as a practitioner or sales executive experience preferred
Passion for the possibilities when companies, employees and nonprofits work together to do good, move mountains, and create lasting social change
Experience with Hubspot a plus
Four year university/college degree required

This position reports to the Vice President, Go-to-Market Operations.
The role can be based anywhere in North America.
$75-100K + commission
