We are looking for an exceptional Inside Sales Representative who can reach and engage leading real estate and planning organizations to excited them about online community engagement. This fast-paced, quota-carrying role is designed to accelerate our sales efforts.
The Inside Sales Representative is often the first point of contact for coUrbanize’s customers, so it is important that you have a high level of energy, exceptional communication skills, and an eagerness to work in a fast-paced start-up with significant accountability. You are a self-starter, pleasantly persistent and competitive.
Responsibilities

New customer acquisition; hunting responsibilities per the company’s direct sales model
Qualify leads and book next meeting for outside sales team
Demonstrate and explain to clients the advantages of the company’s offerings and solutions
Contribute to periodic updates and sales forecasts
Develop new approaches to increase meetings and overall sales opportunities
Lead sales efforts to grow pipeline through phone and email prospecting
Research target customers and customize template outreach messages
Execute nurture programs for existing prospects
REQUIREMENTS
2-3 years of B2B inside sales experience
Strong prospecting skills (both verbal and written)
Highly motivated and energetic
Self-starter with strong communications skills
Outstanding organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
Ready to make a commitment and dependable
Passion for, a strong understanding of, or an aptitude to learn about the real estate and urban development industry
