Ekso Bionics is looking for a highly talented and hands-on Sales Operations Analyst who will lead efforts to improve sales process effectiveness and efficiency, including process design, data management, analytics, and reporting, as well as identifying, planning, and implementing new Salesforce.com capabilities and products in response to business needs for our Medical and Industrial divisions. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Accounting teams to develop and implement creative solutions that empower our teams to work smarter and that drive the accelerated growth of our business.

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly analytical, and a great communicator, with experience developing sales and business processes and strategies for a fast paced and high growth company. We are looking for a detail oriented self-starter who enjoys working on a wide variety of projects, is able to interact with users from all levels of the company, is agile and can adapt quickly to shifting priorities, and is able to provide sound business insight while building operational excellence.

Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities

Own day-to-day sales operations, supporting sales teams with operational tasks, such as data analysis and policy execution
Liaise with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Accounting teams, channeling information to the appropriate parties
Integrate, compile, analyze, and evaluate data on sales performance metrics, including trends for products. Ensure customer and sales data is complete and reliable
Organize data and generate deep customer insights through reports and dashboards in order to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness, and drive intelligent business decision-making
Deliver information and insight to the right people at the right time, including highlights of emerging problems, misalignments, and other challenges
Design and lead projects to improve sales processes and operational efficiency. Train staff as new sales processes or Salesforce capabilities are implemented
Support contracting and procurement, including process definition, contract review, and revenue reporting
Manage third party sales operations tools, vendors, and contracts
Assist with sales forecasting, resource planning, budgeting, reporting, quota setting and management, sales process optimization, sales training, and sales compensation design and administration
Provide ad hoc analyses to understand quotas, distributor, and/or sales rep performance and competitor impact.

Certified Salesforce Administrator, with experience administering and using Marketo
Ability to manipulate, analyze and report on large data sets
Experience developing and documenting sales processes, policies and procedures
BS/BA degree, MBA preferred
4+ years of sales, strategy and operations experience in a high-tech growth environment
Works well under pressure, with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
