We are searching for an unparalleled mobile developer to join our team, help us build on our momentum and scale.

This is an opportunity to get in with a quickly growing startup. You will work with our development team, design team, and outside partners to help build our iOS application.

At HERO, we work hard to provide innovative solutions to reducing drunk driving that improve the lives of our friends and community. We are looking for a go-getter. It is important that the person in this position has an eye for sophisticated mobile applications and is well-versed in communication skills.

Responsibilities:
Work closely with our product manager and designers to help build and maintain HERO on the iOS platform
Implement custom native user interfaces using the latest iOS programming techniques
Build reusable iOS software components for interfacing with the HERO API
Analyze and optimize UI and back-end application code for efficiency and performance

Requirements:
2-6+ yrs experience developing mobile applications or B.S. in Computer Science or related field
1-6+ yrs of building complex applications for iPhone using Swift or Objective-C
Experience designing maintainable code bases and mobile app architecture
Understanding of good UI/UX design
Experience writing unit tests and testable code
Experience working with REST APIs
Knowledge of Geo-location or Map based applications would be useful
