Overview

We have an open call for talented sales representatives in the New York and New Jersey area.

Responsibilities

Implement sales strategy, lead generation and account management for on-premise and off-premise accounts
In the field at least 4 days a week, and scheduling appointments when not on the road
Regular reporting of sales activity and buyer feedback
Conduct consumer tastings, as needed
You will be acting as an extension of our brand. Therefore as a key team member, we expect you to both represent and contribute to our brand, company, and vision.
Requirements

Energetic attitude, passion, and laser focus.
Proven track record in sales. Preferably 2-5 years previous experience in wine sales at either the wholesale or retail level.
Familiarity with the market and existing relationships in New York or New Jersey required.
Proficient knowledge of the major wine producing regions of the world.
Goal-oriented, entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to work independently.
Flexibility. Bend, build, adapt.
Compensation is performance-based.

We’re a young wine import company working exclusively with boutique producers and artisanal family vineyards. We make our selections based on quality, responsible social and environmental business practices, limited production levels, and micro-market share in the US.

In addition to our portfolio of imports, we produce a collaborative brand that brings together emerging winemakers from abroad and established winemakers from the US.  Our aim is to highlight talent, promote exchange, and make the wine world just a little smaller.
